This page is an overview of The Cross live shows and appearances between 1987 and 2013. The tracks given for each tour reflect the standard setlist, but the actual songs performed varied from night to night.

The list includes almost every show, apart from TV appearances where they only appeared to perform (or mime) a single track. For a more comprehensive list, with exact setlists and details of live recordings, please see the Queen Concerts website.

1987 'Meltdown' TV Show

Shove It, Cowboys And Indians, Love On A Tightrope, Stand Up For Love, Feel The Force, I'm In Love With My Car

The show was recorded in November but broadcast in December on ITV, fading out during 'I'm In Love With My Car'. 'Strange Frontier' may also have been performed, but if so, it wasn't broadcast, while 'Feel The Force' featured alternate lyrics, which can be found on the Miscellaneous Live Songs page.

Mike Moran replaced Spike Edney on keyboards, who was playing with Duran Duran. Brian May and John Deacon appeared on stage as special guests for 'Dust My Broom' onwards.

1990 Mad, Bad And Dangerous To Know European Tour

Other tracks occasionally performed included 'It's An Illusion' and 'Passion For Trash'. A live version of 'Man On Fire', recorded at an unknown concert on this tour, was released as a B-Side to the 'Final Destination' and 'New Dark Ages' singles, and later included on the 'Singles 2' album and 'The Lot' boxed set.

	'Liar' from this show was later used to create two promo videos for the song, one with the single version of the track and one with the live audio. The live video was later released on the DVD in 'The Lot' boxed set.

Mike Moran replaced Spike Edney on keyboards, as he was on tour with Bob Geldof. 'Tear It Up' was an early version of 'Bad Attitude', and so included some different lyrics. Brian May was a special guest, onstage for 'I'm In Love With My Car' onwards, and sang lead vocals on 'Let Me Out' and 'Tie Your Mother Down'. The entire concert was released on the fan club cassette 'Bootleg'.

1991 Blue Rock European Tour

This tour was as support act to Magnum and so the set was relatively short. Some shows also included 'The Also Rans'.

At both shows, Tim Staffell was a special guest and sang 'Earth' and 'If I Were A Carpenter'. The second show also featured Brian, so there was a mini Smile reunion.

	Roger Daltrey was a special guest and sang 'I Can't Explain', 'I'm A Man', 'Born On The Bayou' and 'Substitute', which were performed between 'If I Were A Carpenter' and 'Money'. 'Stand Up For Love' was performed after 'Man On Fire' and 'Radio Ga Ga' preceded 'Money'.
2. 22 December 1992 - Marquee Club, London, England
	Brian May was a special guest and played guitar on 'Earth', 'If I Were A Carpenter', 'Radio Ga Ga' and 'These Are The Days Of Our Lives'. He also played guitar, and sang lead vocals, on 'Too Much Love Will Kill You' and 'Tie Your Mother Down', which preceded 'Money'.

1993 Gosport Festival

This show was billed as 'The Cross' but only featured three-fifths of the band, as Roger Taylor and Joshua J. Macrae were missing. It did however feature Brian May on the last six tracks, starting with 'Since You've Been Gone', and he sang vocals on all tracks apart from 'Dragon Attack'. The band comprised Clayton Moss, Peter Noone, Spike Edney, John Marter and Jamie Moses, with Mark Shaw singing vocals for the majority of the tracks before Brian's entrance.

2013 21st Anniversary Reunion Concert

In Charge Of My Heart, Top Of The Word Ma, New Dark Ages, Man On Fire, Ain't Put Nothin' Down (Clayton Moss vocals), Liar (Peter Noone vocals), Dirty Mind (Spike Edney vocals), Cowboys And Indians, Power To Love, Heaven For Everyone, Sister Blue, Final Destination, Happy Xmas (War Is Over) (all-star finale, Roger vocals)

This concert was performed as part of an SAS Band Christmas party, and featured the full original line-up, plus backing singers Zoe Nicholas and Susie Webb. Some tracks also featured an additional percussionist, which may have been Rufus Taylor. 'Happy Xmas (War Is Over)' was performed as part of the all-star finale, with Roger singing lead vocals. The setlist was partly based on a Facebook poll.
